Yeah, they seemed pretty chill. One of the staff said to me

Saying that I know of plenty of politicians who get disgraced and are still utter cunts.
Unfortunately due to RL and stuff I probably won't be able to run again.
I know a lot of people have posted in this thread saying 'well done' etc etc.
Yes in game I play a pirate and a general shit, but the CSM bridges the gap a bit between a game and RL. What I did was out of character for me in real life, pretty stupid and potentially hurt CCP/CSM relations as well as public trust in CCP and the CSM. The CSM I believe is a force for good, we covered a lot of ground while I was there.
Something like this was bound to happen sooner or later. One of the delegates remarked to me 'I'm glad you got to a computer before I did'. With me getting curbstomped like this it should keep future CSM delegates in line and on the straight and narrow.

the mechanics aren't firm yet and you cant even really say that this specific information will actually make any money. due to this and the IGN article that just happened CCP are going to be giving more details soon, then all this secret information will be a moot point.
that said the internal affairs/research department within CCP has grown bigger since I've last heard about them, and i would be surprised if you can get away with purchasing large volumes of item when you wouldn't normally, without them noticing. for these items there's not any reason to start inflating the price/volume now except via insider information. and larkonis lost all the items he bought and didnt get an isk refund
