So if the jovin ships now haev modles an art when they didnt bfore, then... 
evn if tehy are old textur and modls, tehn why are tehy been put there? maybe theyr goin to appear ingaem ,so need model to load, evn if the've not been premum graphic sexyfied?
Talocan ships? intresting, they're anther race from Cosmos missions.
Since the've not bn menioned, mabe they're dead, and thos are player useable ships., if so
theer seems to be new stuffs, or old stuffs maed to be usabl undre premium/.

So if the Jovian ships now have models and art while they didn't before, then...
Even if they are old textures and models, then why have they been put there? Maybe they're going to appear ingame, and so need the model to load; even if they've not been premium graphic sexified?

There seems to be new stuff, or old stuff made to be usable under premium.

edit: hadn't seen the render thingie (thanks for that by the way). Looks alright to me, reminds me of one of the ships in the Homeworld series.

It looks like that battlestation stuff is part of arenas. No major structures from what I can tell, but lots of little pieces.
