So that's the basis. Other suggestions are welcome, and I hope to have the bestest internet spaceship that can take on anything. Oh yeah, it'll have missiles because lasers and missiles are fuckin' a.

"real" Spaceships have lasers. None of this 'fake guns' thing. I mean, 1400mm artillery shells, that travel at infinite velocity, and disappear after a certain distance? Shyeah right. Artillery shells should go for like, ever, but probably miss if they change vector whilst they're in flight.
Star trek, lasers. (and missiles, kinda, but the torpedo big badda boom kind, rather than the spam volleys of missiles at rapid RoF)
Babylon 5... laser-ry-thigns. (well, it think it was plasma stuff actually, which might be nearer to hybrids than lasers, but it's still an energy weapon ok?)
Star wars: lasers and torps.
Your Apoc should have lasers and citadel torpedos, and then it will truly be the cliched sci fi spaceship.

Tachyons + Cruise missiles. Then an XL booster, and as many 1600 plates as I can cram on. Sound good?

tbh, a cliché spaceship needs; Nukes (Thermal Missiles), Lasors AND Gatling Autocannons. It also needs small fighters launched from a bay, so drones are a must. Shield, Armor and Hulltank ofc too. But this isnt all, for optimal clichéness it needs to look like one too, so the optimal would be a Rokh or a Mega

Valid points are raised.
In fact, you SHOULD be fitting a gun for every range. This does include a railgun. Preferably a dual 250mm railgun, because 2 guns are better than 1.

hmm, destroyers would be quite good for fitting all the different guns a "real" spaceship needs. plus in eve you get 2 for every gun you put on it, so this is pretty win.
i'd go for a cormorant with 125mm Gatlings for closerange incoming missiles, some lasers as main weapon systems and some prototype "gauss" railguns as the special secret weapons. now shieldboost it, slap a armor and a hull rep on it and its done. finally a real ship in eve. (btw, i think i might fitted my first cormorant similar to this >.<)

imo though, changing the torpdamage to EM ones would give you the Photon-torpedo bonus and the right to use the "NGC- " predicate for naming the baby.

Gentlemen I give you....
We have POWAH, hull, armor and shields. She can bring ships to a screeching halt, hit just about any range, move like bitch on heat and her drones are nasty blighters. To top it off she takes so long to lock that kirk will be able to secure the love interest, have a fight and press the self destruct before she has fired a shot.
